Vermont Symphony Orchestra Concert Package
June 26 & 27, 2009

The Vermont Symphony Orchestra performs their 4th of July celebration concert nine times this year, with their third performance held here at the Three Stallion Inn on Saturday, June 27th. We invite you to be among the first to enjoy the weekend’s celebration starting Friday evening with dinner prepared by Executive Chef, Bob Hildebrand in either Morgan’s Pub or Lippitt’s Restaurant. On Saturday, relax and enjoy the sporting life, and settle down in the evening to the wonderful performance with Conductor Anthony Princiotti. For your pleasure a chef prepared picnic basket and bottle of wine will be provided for you prior to the start of the concert at 7:30pm.

In celebration of Lake Champlain's Quadricentennial, we present a salute to Uncle Sam--Vermont's own Uncle Sam that is, Samuel de Champlain, who discovered our bordering-on-great lake in 1609. The VSO pays tribute to our Frenchman in America with Gershwin's "An American in Paris" and a program both Gallic and aquatic. Fireworks accompany the 1812 Overture for a dramatic bon soir
