Reservation
Policy |
- When reserving a room a deposit equal to $100 per room per night up to $500 is taken.
- Deposits on single-night stays are non-refundable,
unless the reserved space can be re-booked. If re-booked,
the full deposit can be credited toward a future
stay.
- All room rates include Randolph Depot breakfast voucher / Continental Breakfast or Breakfast Buffet on weekends.
- $25.00 extra/ per additional persons/ room/ night.
- Children
under 2 are free.
- May – October and all Holiday Weekends require a minimum two nights stay that must include Friday and Saturday nights.

Cancellation
Policy |
- If for any reason you must cancel your room 15
days or more prior to arrival, you will receive
a full credit towards a future stay, or a refund
less a $50.00 service fee.
- Within 15 days, your deposit will be forfeited, unless the reserved space can be re-booked. If re-booked,
you will receive a full credit towards a future
stay, or a refund, less a $50.00 service fee.
- You will be responsible for the full payment of
all rooms reserved for any cancellations made within
48 hours of arrival, unless the reserved space can
be re-booked.
- A "No Show" constitutes
full payment to be charged to your credit card.
- No refunds for early departures.
